Presentation Setup

Day Before Event (Monday, April 3, 2017)

  • All students will set up their posters/projects from 3-5pm at the Donna E. Shalala Student Center (SC), 3rd Floor Center Ballroom, Coral Gables campus
  • Check-in prior to entering the Ballroom. The check-in desk will be at the entrance of the Center Ballroom.
  • Our office will provide you with a tack board that measures 6’wide by 4’high for you to mount your poster. The board accommodates both horizontal and vertical poster displays. You will receive your tack board location at check-in.
  • Please bring your own pushpins, tape, scissors, staples and other supplies. We will not provide you with supplies, except for the tack-board to pin up your poster (see Guidelines for Presentations for more details).
