What Is the MUSE Program?

The MUSE Program is a leadership initiative that empowers undergraduate students to serve as ambassadors for research and creative scholarship at the University of Miami.

MUSEs are a multidisciplinary and diverse cohort of undergraduate student leaders, with representation from each school and college. All MUSEs are actively engaged in undergraduate research or creative work and are passionate about helping their peers discover similar opportunities.

MUSE Work To:

Increase awareness of research and creative opportunities across campus

Support students in navigating the research and creative process through individual office hours

Connect students with faculty mentors, labs, and creative opportunities across and beyond campus

Represent UGR at outreach, recruitment, and campus events

Foster a campus culture rooted in curiosity, creativity, and scholarly exploration
